Wildlife Protection on Campus

Hosted by Unimelb Wildlife Protection Association - SDG 15 Life on land
Raising awareness and promoting actions to protect wildlife on campus.

The Wildlife Protection Awareness Campaign is designed to educate students and staff about the importance of protecting wildlife on campus and to promote actions that contribute to the conservation of local biodiversity. The event will include a series of activities such as educational workshops, wildlife observation walks, habitat restoration projects, and the installation of wildlife-friendly structures (e.g., bird feeders, bird houses). Participants will learn about the native species on campus, the threats they face, and practical steps they can take to help protect them. Additionally, there will be collaborations with local wildlife organizations for expert talks and guidance.
